Ronald has over two decades of experience in Swiss and international taxation. He is the founder of BEAU HLB, incorporated in 2002 after the demise of Arthur Andersen in 2002. Ronald advises and guides international groups - notably in the energy and finance sectors - in the development of their tax policies.
He also devises profit-sharing and remuneration schemes for management echelons and draws up transfer pricing policies. He manages all legal aspects relating to corporate restructuring while overseeing private estate planning and wealth management for private clients
Ronald has been a director on the board since 2015.
Nalin is the Executive Chairman of Khaitan Holdings and Managing Director of Jove. He is a Business Graduate from London School of Economics, Dubai and has a Global Management degree from Regent’s College, London. Hailing from an industrial family, Nalin, joined his father in business at an early age of 17.
Nalin is aware of how the business is run and is keenly focused on shaping it for future. He works closely with his management team to manage diverse business interests in sectors like telecommunications, retail, mining, investments, sports, and technology.
With 30 years of professional multi country and multi product trading experience, Hardeep describes himself as a consummate business focused individual with an eye for detail. His key strength lies in building relationships with customers as well as teams who serve them.
Hardeep has travelled and transacted extensively to all sourcing and sales regions across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East in products like Coal, Coke, Steel, Mineral Ores, Chemical, and Industrial Raw Materials, gaining in-depth knowledge of these businesses.
He has spent nearly 20 years of his working career in Kiev before moving to Dubai to head the middle east operations of Steel Mont Trading.
He joined Jove in October 2022.
Alberto has been active in Commodity Trade Finance for more than four decades. For the last 11 years he has been with Société Générale, where he worked as Director in the commodity trade finance department.
He started his professional life with BNP and spent many years with Credit Suisse group, UEB and BNP Paribas. He has delivered lectures about trade finance at the University of Zürich. Today he is active as a director in a trading company.
Twenty years of experience within the Legal & Compliance Departments of Republic National Bank of New-York (HSBC Republic), BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA and ING Belgium, Brussels, Geneva Branch, as Senior In-house counsel [Head of Legal, Compliance & Client Secretariat of ING/Head of Litigation, Legal Investigation & Legal Financial Security at BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA].
Acts in a broad range of contractual, financial transactions, pre-contentious and contentious matters, international and cross-border complex transactions. Specialized in international commercial legal and regulatory matters, under both advisory and (pre) litigation issues, including by acting as Counsel in the scope of major international arbitration with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI), Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), under Rules No 125 and 126, and also under the FOSFA Arbitration Rules, on contractual and contentious matters which arise between traders and their counterparties, owners, terminals, freight forwarders, surveyors and port authorities, with a focus on commodities (soft, oil, metal) and shipping transactions, the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (the LMAA) and others.
Ernesto has an extensive experience in the commodities industry working for large trading companies, most notably Gunvor, Raizen (previously vertical), Copersucar and Be8 where he has accumulated a wide array of expertise in bio-fuels (biodiesel + ethanol), industrial ethanol, biofuels feedstocks (TCO, Tallow, UCO), bio-fuels co products and the related cross commodities (grains, sugar, gasoline, diesel). He holds a MA in International Economics from the University of Grenoble and an MBA from Sao Paulo University. He is fluent in English and Portuguese. His Main responsibility as a head trader is to manage the trading team, to give the strategic directions, to implement the functioning of the business plan at the highest standards and to bring positive financial result to the trading investors as per pre agreed risk limits as he organizes and manages the business supply chain, originating the sourcing and the marketing of the products, its logistics and the risk management.
Manoj Nair handles the business of RD International FZE, subsidiary of Jove. Mr. Nair joined the team of Jove in Sept 2021, prior to joining the Company, he was the Manager Accounts of a group company in Dubai, UAE for 11 years. His previous experience also includes 13 years with reputed logistics Companies in India.
During his career spanning over twenty-five years, he has been an integral part of several projects ranging from transportation, mining to emerging edtech in sports. He has a broad range of experience including overall commercial operations and controls, project management, process documentation, business and systems analysis, banking, treasury, management reporting, financial accounting, and taxation.
He holds a bachelor’s in commerce degree from Mumbai University.
Jacques has over 25 years of experience in shipping various liquids as well as trading biofuels.
His roles included chartering as owner and principal, from crude to vegoils or ethanol and he has been leading freight liquid books as well as biofuels books for a variety of companies including world leading companies. He also has developed a deep understanding of the crucial role of logistics in commodity and fleet trading.
Jacques joined Jove in February 2023 as Senior Trader – Ethanol.
Visakh is a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology with over 16 years of success in Petroleum Oil Trading and Risk Management.
Skilled in executing hedges during Platts Window to optimize value. He has a proven track record in working in the capacity of Risk manager for both Oil Trading focused organization and Oil Refining oriented companies. He also has in-depth knowledge of Petroleum Oil Cargoes / Gas Supply / Structured Finance / ISDA Agreements with multiple counterparties.
He has previously worked in companies like Essar Oil, Qaiwan Group & Rock Petroleum
Anil is a seasoned professional with nearly forty years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management and Raw Material Procurement for large integrated steel plants in India. He has strong leadership experience of managing teams of 100+ members.
He has also worked in energy (coal and power) and mineral sector where he was responsible for leading mining activities, property acquisition, and project implementation of large steel plants.
Anil has previously worked with Bhushan steel, TATA BSL and JSPL.
Vipul Shah is an astute professional with over 35 years of experience in the financial and accounting functions and currently heads the accounts for Jove. He manages company's financial accounting, statutory audits & compliance, treasury, trade finance, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Anahita Nezam is a Structured and Trade Finance specialist with 15+ years of experience in originating and structuring commodity related financing in various sectors (Energy, Metals, Softs), using different types of financing solutions (pre-export, trade finance, structured finance, corporate loans, storage financing facilities, acquisition financing).
She began her career in 2006 at BNP Paribas in the Energy & Commodities division of the bank, working on the structuring of medium- and long-term financings in Africa and Middle East for Oil producing companies. Later she joined Louis Dreyfus Commodities, where she was responsible for managing the utilization of trade financing instruments.
Anahita joined Jove in 2018 as CFO.
Vargheese Christopher has more than 16 years of experience in the field of Accounts, Trade Finance and Operations including in International Trade of various commodities. He also has strong experience in shipping solutions, vessel management with a good knowledge of Incoterms, Hedging and Trade Flows. Vargheese has worked Steel Mont Group , KIMS Group and Dubai Wire.
